It is bootstrapped on purpose. We answer to the firms in the room and to the vendors who earn their place — and to no one else. Growth here looks like a guest list, not a funnel. We would rather open one market well than ten markets loudly.

Louis has spent a career inside this exact gap — between the people who design hospitality and the people who supply it. The Good Parlor is the system he wished existed on both sides of every meeting he ever took.
It launches where he knows the room best: South Florida.

We are opening with a curated group of founding firms, recruited by relationship. There is no application volume to clear and no general release — only an introduction, and a conversation. If you believe your firm belongs in that founding room, we would be glad to begin one.
